Structure and Bottom Line

Program Structure

Duration: 5 days (Monday–Friday) Arrival of Sunday Evening

  • Pre-Intensive (Diagnosis & Alignment) Before arriving, participants complete 360-degree assessments, establish baseline data, and identify a specific organizational "Systems Challenge" that their team will work on throughout the program.
  • The Immersion Deep-dive workshops on the Shifting Self & System™ methodology. Leaders engage in collaborative case clinics, self-mastery reflections, and executive coaching to shift their leadership defaults.
  • Application & Emergence Structured Collaborative Inquiry Cycles where leaders actively apply the frameworks to their identified Systems Challenge in real-time, supported by the shared wisdom of their cohort.
  • The Deliverables The intensive culminates in concrete assets designed to drive immediate organizational impact:
  • A Contextualized Strategic Focus: A key, precisely defined area of focus that is entirely unique to each team's operational reality.
  • An Executable Action Plan: A fully vetted, strategic roadmap that is ready for immediate implementation on day one back at the office.
  • A Practical Leadership Toolkit: Applied strategies, theories of action, and continuous improvement guides to sustain the work long-term.
  • A Lifelong Network: A built-in coalition of cross-sector collaborators and executive thought partners.

Bottom Line

The Bottom Line: Participants leave with concrete tools, shared commitments, and a dynamic strategy to meaningfully advance their organization’s mission including:

  • Accelerated Strategy Execution: By dismantling internal silos (Collective Inquiry), teams execute complex strategic shifts faster and with less friction.
  • Measurable Behavioral Shifts: Post-program 360-degree evaluations will demonstrate quantifiable improvements in self-awareness, psychological safety, team trust, and adaptive decision-making.
  • Increased Retention & Capacity: By treating teams as adult learners and building "communities of practice," organizations reduce dependency on external consultants and increase retention of top talent.

A Concrete Action Plan: Every leader leaves with a tested theory of improvement and a strategic roadmap for their specific organizational challenge.

The applicant journey

We see this application as more than a set of requirements, it’s the beginning of our partnership. We aren’t just looking for your credentials; we’re looking for your vision, your resilience, and your potential to shape a changing world.

The Work Starts Now Because our approach is human-centered and results-driven, participation is built around a Real Adaptive Challenge. This is that 'thorny problem' your organization is currently facing, one where the solution isn't found in a manual, but in shifting human behavior, values, and entrenched habits.

Is your challenge right for this forum? We thrive on complexity. Your challenge might look like:

  • A Strategic Pivot: Shifting deep-seated employee mindsets during a fundamental change.
  • Cultural Integration: Bridging entrenched silos during rapid scaling or mergers.
  • Resilient Leadership: Navigating severe resource constraints without eroding the spirit of your workforce.

Please note: Because of the intimate, intensive support nature of this work, seats are strictly limited to ensure high-impact, individual focus
